keeps crashing while signing up. I guess they don't want to take in any complaints and they made the app dysfunctional intentionally.

When i send a maintenance request i am unable to know if my request has been acknowledged but when i call the customer hotline team then that is the time when i receive messages confirm to note my request I would like from the moment we insert the request i would to see a message or an alert that my request is noted please make sure that this is rectified thank you
